It works best if you know your system well. If not, you will get a lot of information you don’t really need. The way it works should be obvious. When you launch the program, you will see a panel that will start displaying information about all the files and folders in the location you have specified. You can export this information to a CSV file. When you see the panel and the exported file, you can click on each column header to get more information. For instance, in the image above you can see information about each file or folder. When you right-click on a column header, the selected column is replaced with a dropdown menu allowing you to select a detailed property. From this menu you can access the following properties: Owner: file or folder owner Last Accessed: time the file or folder was last accessed Owner Date: time the file or folder was created Last Accessed Date: time the file or folder was last accessed Attributes: any file attributes you can get from the “Attributes” tab Last Modified: time the file or folder was last modified Last Modified Date: time the file or folder was last modified Size: file size Size in Bytes: file size in bytes Size on Hard Drive: file size on the hard drive Unique ID: a unique file identifier Name: file name Physical Path: file or folder full path By default, the application saves the exported file in a directory on your hard drive. The exact path of this directory can be configured in the “Configuration” tab of the tool. If you prefer to get this information in a more user-friendly format, ee.DirectoryChecker comes with a BAT file to save this information in an HTML file instead. You can find this file in the same folder as the ee.DirectoryChecker and start the tool with a double-click on the BAT file.

The tcprelay package implements a TCP relay that is launched by a server running ssh (or other) under the control of the “tcprelay” command. The client side is a regular network client such as netcat or telnet. The traffic logs are stored in one or more files. These files can be sent to a remote log server (or through an inetd-style socket), or may be sent to a log server directly. The tcprelay log is an application independent log format. The only mandatory data is the destination address (hostname or IP address) and the port to log traffic to. Other optional data fields such as the username or the hostname are kept. Additional log formats are supported by writing your own plugin for tcprelay, or by using a format that already exists. With the bundled log format, the following information is logged: Network traffic details (IP address, port, protocol, session id, details of the endpoint, connection status, packet size, packet type, and sender port) Remote logging data (server IP, server port, client IP, client port, username, user-agent, and user-agent's implementation) The command and arguments are logged as a “command” entry. The output of all telnet-style data exchanges is logged as “telnet” lines. The output of all ssh-style data exchanges is logged as “sshd” lines. With the bundled log format, the application is based on the same logic and program flow as the netcat telnet client. This makes it extremely easy to use and modify. The plugin mechanism makes it easy to make tcprelay compatible with your own logging system, or with existing log formats. The program has been ported to many other Unix-like operating systems: FreeBSD, OpenBSD, NetBSD, OpenVMS, IRIX, Solaris, MacOSX, HP-UX, and Microsoft Windows (as part of winrelay). The big difference between this library and other packages like S4, R, and GNU Octave is that it does not contain functions that give you great power for doing things such as fitting regression models, performing outlier and factor analysis, and then doing model diagnostic checks like anova. My library simply does provide great power by using robust methods that are in wide use in other fields. In general, it does not require you to supply your own implementation of a number of basic functions which most other packages require. Apophenia also contains many functions that are not available in other packages. It is not unusual to find a function that gives you a lot more functionality than you need to model and analyze data. These functions are typically used for exploratory data analysis and graphics. However, most users will want to fit models to data and perform statistical tests on those models. Basic functions: Function Parameters: takes a vector, a matrix, a dataframe, a data.frame, a numeric vector, an integer vector, a named list of dataframes, or a function which takes a data.frame as argument and returns a dataframe.
